Problem to activate sim for homespot


Hello,

i will need to get some help with activating my sim card for homespot. When i try it online it just say something about SEPA, but i my bank i have no request for any payment. With my poor german lang. skill i try to get some help over chat but unfortunately guy was not able to help and just recommend me to log in to verify my identity, as i try to register i was asked for phone number or contract number, but i have none of mentioned just my reference number which didn't work.

Have you managed to activate the SIM, yet?

If not, we´d need to switch to PMs in order to exchange data.

sim activation was already done via hotline support, thanks for asking.

It seems that I have a similar issue, even though the O2 says my simcard is activated, I cannot login to WLAN with the given password after inserting the simcard in my homespot as directed by the video.

My German is also not so good to call O2 in Germany.

Hi there ,

I got my SIM card yesterday , I tried to activate it but I didn’t receive the welcome message I’m supposed to receive . In addition to that It shows “no service” and I’m not sure what I should do .

did you restart your mobile phone? Normally it should work then and you’ll get the welcome message.
