problem in confirmation of my order


Hello,

Last night, I ordered a Samsung phone on the website and received two emails that my order was registered, and now I need another email to confirm my order. After 24 hours, I haven't yet received any confirmation. How can I get any information about my order?

Have you already checked in the Spamfolder of your email, the confirmation that you are waiting on might have ended up there. That aside sometimes it’s also the credit assessment that is just taking a while longer. Since the purchase was last night I wouldn’t worry about the order yet, it might just take until tomorrow to go through.

I have checked the spam folder and I haven't received any mail.
two nights ago, I registered two orders with the same bank account. One of them was accepted quickly and the first order is still waiting to be confirmed.

After three days, I didn't receive any emails about acception of my order. Can I register new order, now?

Unfortunately, my order was rejected. Could you inform me about the reasons for the rejection?

I also have a question regarding my husband's order. He has provided both the primary and alternative addresses, for receiving the phone. However, due to a delay in delivery, we won't be available at the main address. Could you please confirm if it's possible to arrange delivery to both addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot see the exact reason for the rejection here.

However, the rejection provides an address where you can inquire in writing to obtain the specific reason for the rejection.

Have you already written to this address?

Regarding your husband, delivery is typically only possible to the address specified during the order.

Has the device successfully arrived at your location by now?
