hallo support team, 

Happy new year at first, 

I received a homespot 2 LTE box and activated, best part down!

BUT, regarding the screenshots the internet speed and the signal power is not good, before terminate contract because of the problem, is there Any way/solution or tips to fix it? ( maybe an external antenna or any other things)

happy new year! According to our Data, the next LTE-Cell can’t seem to handle the workload properly.

Our network department noticed that, too, but has not yet given out dates for repairs or other steps.

You mentioned the cancellation:

Your contract is only a few days old. Please make sure to make use of your right of withdrawal within the first 14 days instead of sending a cancellation.

The cancellation would set in after standard contract duration, while the right to withdrawal enables you to step back from the contract immediately.

..and in the transmitted Widerrufsbelehrung, which is attached in the order confirmation mail.

I try to cancel by the Link, but I cannot find postal reference number match with the system, so try to cancel on O2 app (Mein O2) ,

But I'm not sure it is done or not 🙂 there is two place I submitted the cancellation please find it on bellow picture:

Is it correct  Or i need to do more?

please use the link @o2_Kurt mentioned. There you can find the form for the withdrawal.
 

In the withdrawal form you will find an email address for the withdrawal, where you can send it. It is not possible to revoke via the app.

There you will also receive a confirmation of receipt for the revocation.

Email sent, but I have problem to login to Logistik area! 
I use order number (Auftragsnummer) that sent via email when I put order (DRZXXXXXXXX) and my Plz number! 
do you have any idea?
