It all started when my prepaid data package wasn't recharged. One day, when I used the internet, 1.29 euros were deducted from my account, despite having 15 euros available for deduction from my plan. Since I noticed that my plan hadn't been charged, I had to top up my account with an additional 15 euros and purchase another data package online. Everything seemed to be working fine until then. When I saw that I still had 14 euros and some change left, I tried to cancel the automatic payment associated with my bank account. However, despite contacting me twice via chat, I received no response. Now, today, I've discovered that my account has been blocked and 19 euros have been charged to my O2 account twice, all due to an issue that wasn't my fault to begin with. I kindly request that you unlock my account and restore my O2 account balance to its original state.

According to the information we have, both 15 EUR top-ups failed, so the connection was blocked.

Unfortunately, we cannot resolve payment issues here in the community, so please contact customer service directly by phone.
