I purchased the O2 prepaid SIM card with 9.99 monthly plan, of 3.5 G data and EU calls.
Its extremely difficult now to buy this pack for next month, I put 10 euro to my account, but they are not used for this 9.99 plan, instead, I am being charged on per call basis and for data usage. My balance has just vanished in 4 days .
Can anyone tell mem what I am missing and how can I make the correct payment of 9.99 for 28 days/3.5 GB data and EU call unlimited.

On the other hand, I can't tell you why the Surf Day Flat was booked instead of your pack, which was on hold. According to the receipt of the money etc., everything should have gone smoothly.
