Hello

I have a prepaid sim. I’ve used all of my data before the 28 days limit. I topped up enough credit for recharging it but this has not happened.

I thought this was automatic. Do I need to do anything else?

Hi!

 

A pack is only automatically renewed when the 28 days have passed, not when the data volume has been used up.
You can cancel the existing package immediately and then order it again. Then the term starts again with 28 days and you have full data volume,.

Attention: After canceling the package, the Surf Dayflat can be activated automatically, so you should turn off the Internet on your cell phone and do all the steps via WLAN or the o2 Packmanager (*104#)
