Hi,
I had lost my prepaid O2 sim card. I ordered a new one with same number on Jan 23rd 2023. I got an email saying:
“We hereby confirm your SIM card order for your o2 contract. In the next few days you will receive the SIM card at the address of your choice.”
On 25th I got another email saying:
You have ordered a SIM card for the phone number 49xxx. The new card is already on its way to you.
I still haven’t received the SIM card. I was told it takes only 3-5 working days? I am unsure how to trace the card?
