You can order a replacement sim via Mein o2.
The prerequisite is that you have previously registered the contract there.

Afterwards you can order the replacement SIM card via Mein o2.

I registered to o2online.de but replacement SIM card option is not available.
When I click on the link that you provided My o2 , it opens the homepage always.
Please see the attached screenshot

if you are logged in with a contract, you can go to “Mein o2” at the top right of the homepage. Then click on "Mein o2 Startseite" → "Tarif & SIM-Karte" → "SIM-Karte verwalten" → "Ersatz oder Zusatz-SIM bestellen" → "Ersatz-SIM-Karte/eSIM”.
Alternatively, you can simply use the following link:
