I have lost my simcard in a trip last week and ordered a new one with the same number last Wednesday to arrive 2-3 working days later, on Friday i got an email that it is on its way for me. Till now I have not received the sim card in mail or have any other way of tracking where it is. I went to the shop who told me since its prepaid i should contact customer services which i did and who told me that they can’t help me since its prepaid and to go to the shop putting me in a never ending loop and no one is helping. This is very urgent as i need my simcard to do important work.

I'm sorry that shipping your replacement SIM card took longer than expected. In the meantime you had activated a replacement card, I hope everything is now working to your satisfaction again.
