Prepaid SIM Card Activation Error

Dear All,

I am trying to activate my new prepaid SIM card, but I am receiving an error that is stopping me from activating it. I am following the same instructions that are listed on the O2 website. Could you please provide assistance with this problem?

At what point are you getting stuck with the SIM card activation?

Could you please tell us the exact error message?

Was the SIM card ordered online or purchased in a store?
