Prepaid Sim card


Hello 😊

Need quick assistance if possible.

3 days ago i bought 02 prepaid card in REWE.

I finished video identification, and now waiting for activation or activation email.

Nothing happens, and the problem is i need it for my work.

I dont wanna use other card since it is the same procedure.

Can anyone help me?

Did you already get the needed information until now? Or is your card still not activated?

Please keep in mind - after finishind the video identification it can take up to 24 hours until you’re SIM card is activated. After you got the information about the activation restart your phone where you’re SIM card is inside, so that the SIM card can calibrate itself.

Just give us a feedback if everything worked out for you!

Thank you for quick response.

I tryed everything, turn off & restart.

Nothing happens, it just shows "no connection" & "emergency call only".

What should i do? 

Mobile phone is bought in Germany, same as prepaid card.
