Prepaid recharge coupon not credited

Hello everyone,

I recharged my O2 number with three 20 Euro coupons. Even though it is reflected in my recharge history but only one of the coupons actually got credited to my O2 balance. Since I could not find any email address to post this query, I had to write it here. What could be my next possible steps? 40 Euros is a lot of sum to be honest.

I was asked for a customer identification PIN, but I do not remember the O2 store I bought the SIM from providing me with one. Can someone at least tell me how I can get it? Do I need to do ID verification online? Please let me know. Thanks! :grinning:

Ok, this happened again. You may either fix this issue or I might have to terminate my connection altogether. Till now I have lost 60 € because of some likely bug in your system. I am also considering porting my DSL connection too.
