Prepaid Number Portability

Hello Dear O2 team, 
 

I have processed to take my O2 prepaid number to another provider for my new contract. Is it possible to release my number 0176 ****9827 for porting fast as possible, because I have been waiting for couple of days.

I tried to call the hotline, but it the process was unsuccessful.

Thank you in advance and waiting for the number release.
