Prepaid M plan automatic renewal issue

Hi,

My Prepaid M plan was automatically renewed despite having no balance on my account. For about a year, the plan was only renewed when I topped up myself. However, this time the renewal occurred without my knowledge.

I currently need call minutes, so I would like to switch to a different plan and do not intend to use the current plan this month. Can you help me with reversing this renewal or changing my plan?

In Mein o2 you can book a different smartphone option.

However, my plan was renewed even though there was no balance in my account. Every month, I have always topped up manually when my balance was insufficient and activated the plan myself. This is the first time the plan has renewed automatically without my action. I would like to request a cancellation of my current plan or a change to a different one.

Log in to the customer portal and check under tariff options to see which pack suits you best, then order it.

Let me ask it again more clearly, and I apologize for misunderstandings.

My main tariff is Prepaid Basistarif, and I am currently using the Prepaid M plan only for internet. I would like to switch to Prepaid S tariff.

However, since my current plan has already renewed and the payment will be taken via SEPA on December 2nd, I don’t want to be charged again when changing the plan. In other words, I don’t want €10 to be deducted twice.

 

So, in this situation, if I switch to Prepaid S as you suggested, will my current active plan be cancelled and will I only be charged for Prepaid S?
