Prepaid-Konto


I chose O2 to have a prepaid account for this plan: https://www.o2-freikarte.de/prepaid-tarife/flextarife/myprepaid-s/. But when the SIM card arrived and I activated it, I was assigned O2 Loop, which prevents me from using the internet at all. I turn on the phone and my data for the day is gone ... how can I change that and have my 6GB plan the way I wanted.

As I see, you have already activated o2 My Prepaid M with 6,5 GB internet-plan. 

 

o2 My Prepaid S has only 3,5 GB data-volume. 

 

Therefore, you have chosen the right plan for you now.
