Prepaid Direct Debit Twice


Hi, I have recently received a SMS from O2 informing that I will be having another one-off EUR20 direct debit (in 3 days) although my O2 profile shows no on going instruction. I have direct debit EUR20 a day earlier and I do not need more deduction.

 

Appreciate advise how can I avoid the EUR20 direct debit and also how can I remove my bank account details from O2.

 

SMS from O2:
@Lieber o2 Kunde, am 11.01.21 oder in bis zu drei Folgetagen führen wir wie beauftragt über das von Ihnen erteilte SEPA-Mandat (XXXXX) eine SEPA-Lastschriftabbuchung für eine einmalige Aufladung in Höhe von 20 EUR durch. Viele Grüße, Ihr o2 Team. PS: Die Abbuchung können Sie an der E2E-Referenz (XXXXX) und der Gläubigeridentifikationsnummer (XXXXXXXX) auf Ihrem Kontoauszug identifizieren.”

Hey @Koshila,

Would you like to transfer your number to another provider? 
Then release your number in the o2 app, by transferring your prepaid contract will be cancelled. 
Or use the form to have the credit paid out, which also cancels the contract.

It's a shame that you no longer want to use your prepaid SIM card from us and would like to cancel it 🤔

If you don't have any credit that we can pay out to you, you can also cancel either online using the cancel button online or by post with your details (customer name, address, phone number).
