I did a top-up to my O2 pre-paid S sim card today through O2 shop.But it is still not activated yet and is showing "ordered waiting for charging" on the O2 website. Kindly look into my situation as soon as possible as Iam left with no internet access

Can you try to call *100# and check if you have balance? If yes try to book your plan again 


I tried it and it's showing I have an active plan till December 27.but my credit balance is not sufficient as I am using a prepaid sim .I recharged yesterday for 15 euro and it was debited for the plan immediately.

Iam not sure if I should unsubscribe because I may lose the money for top-up


Can  ​@o2_Andrea  help me.Iam new to Germany and now I can't leave the building because I have no internet access.I recharged my O2 pre-paid sim S. For 15 euro from the O2 Shop. But it is still not activated.It is showing ordered but waiting for charge.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀
We sent you an information email yesterday: 
‘Your Pack o2 Prepaid S costs €9.99.
Your credit was not sufficient. If you top up by 29 November 2024, the pack will be activated automatically. ’
The €15 you topped up was directly offset against an Allnet flat rate. 
However, you still need the o2 Prepaid Pack S. 
You could do an EXPRESS top-up via PayPal, SEPA direct debit or at ATMs.

Thankyou for the reply but It was a mistake of staff in retail shop of O2. They told me if I do 15 euro topup then I can get 9.99 euro pack and the balance amount will be credited for next month.

the flat rate booked has now been cancelled and the costs credited again. 
The basic package for the o2 Prepaid S was then booked again. 
You should have received a notification by SMS.
