Hello,

Although I closed the credit card and automatic payment order, money was debited from my card. What can I do to refund the last money withdrawn?

Do you have an idea how close those two events were together? A payment process is usually handed off to the banks in advance of the actual payment date. So if these two overlapped, that might have been the cause why another debit was made.

I did cancellation before I change my company (02 to Vodafone). 

I couldn’t login mein O2 because my phone number already in Vodafone so I couldn’t open helping ticket; What is the best way open ticket for this situation

that doesn’t really answer the question. When was the debit from your account and when did you change the prepaid back to being self paid instead of direct debit?

so it was as expected. Your account was setup to always renew itself on the 3rd of the month, the debit then happens a few days later at your bank, and in between those two dates you canceled.
For the money that was remaining on your account, please fill out and send in this form to have the money returned to you.
