My postident verification for my O2 sim card is rejected and there is no reason specified by O2. When I tried for a re-verification by Video call, the person mentioned to contact customer support to delete my data field and re enter the data again. Whereas I'm from a foreign nation and don't have any sim to contact the customer support. And i don't find an email support available. It's really bad to have such an worst experience with o2
