porting prepaid number to O2 contract

Hello

I already requested porting of my prepaid number to the new contract during the process, what I should do next? I don't need to release it from the current provider because it's prepaid. I also didn't receive a sms message yet asking for the number change. So when I receive the new sim Card I should register and request the number porting again or It should be automatically done since I already requested it during contract registration.

Hello @Alola,

Call the old provider and have the number released for porting. This is then valid for 30 days. During this time, you should then ask to O₂ take your number with you.
