I want to port my number XXXXXXXXXXXX to different provider. Please release my number.

you can release your number for porting in our My o2 app.

Have you already been able to order porting with your new provider?

I see that you have already contacted the colleagues in customer support with your request. 
Your porting request is already stored here for you. 
Now, please contact your new provider, who will be able to order the number porting.
