Port O2 number to a Blau account

Hello! I have a pre-paid O2 account, and I just got a Blau contract as well. How do I port my O2 number to Blau? You are the same company, correct?

Hello @Jeffy ,

 

yes, Blau is a Telefonica Brand. Please set the “Opt-In” via “Mein o2”-App in the first step.We have a guide here:

Next: Contact Blau via phone:

Our co-workers will then set up the number transfer. This step can only be done by the hotline, there is no App function available for internal porting, yet.

That should be it! The number transfer will be started as soon as possible. You’ll receive further information via SMS or mail :hugging:
