you can set the opt-in in your “Mein o2”-App 😊

Please take a look at our FAQ here:

Call number transfer o2 Prepaid | O₂ Community (o2online.de)

Please let us know if that way does not work for your or any errors occur; wel`ll then switch personal messages to get the opt-in in place.
