Please release my number to another network, and cancel my plan for this month

It took so long to process my last request, that now my o2 Prepaid S plan has automatically renewed for another month, and I am paying for two phone plans.

Can the o2 Prepaid S be refunded and cancelled, for this month?

And please will you release my number for porting ASAP. I have added even more money to my balance, to pay for the porting.

    the Opt-In is already active - feel free to start the request now.

    The price for the last pack has also been refunded.

    You should be able to the credit change within the next 24 hours :hugging:
