Plan not activated after recharge

I have a prepaid sim card and I recharged it yesterday through bank account transfer, but the credit doesn't show in my account and I don't have internet. I transferred 10 euros, as in the website says I could choose how much to transfer, but it didn't work. I really need the internet, please If someone could help. Thank you!!

The credit will not be available to you until Tuesday as banks do not record anything on the weekend.

As Bumer writes, a bank transfer is usually only carried out on the next working day, so it will unfortunately take until at least tomorrow for the top-up amount to be booked to your prepaid account.
