pixel 6 pre-order status

I had ordered the Pixel 6 on 21/10/2021. And the order status is still pre-order. It has been more than 20 days and there is no update on the order status or the Shipping. Can I please get some information on this, as it is becoming ridiculous now!

First of all, I like to ask you, not to write several messages for the same topic. Therefore, we closed the following thread for you: 

Unfortunately, the delivery of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro was postponed to middle of November. 

You have also the possibility to inform yourself in this German thread: 

As soon as I have detailed information about the delivery-date, I will let you know.

Hello. The info seems to have changed on the website nd the seafoam one is till not available, and the other show a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Is this seriously happening? Also, the above thread you mentioned is for Pixel 6 Pro, here i’m talking about Pixel 6. I am just wondering why are the other platforms able to send out the phones and not O2? I guess there is a reason people Pre-order.

Hi Support, since the bonus of getting the bose headphone requires the phone’s IMEI no., if they phone is not delivered by then, would we lose the bonus and how will we get compensated because of the delay?

I understand your worries. 

As already announced in the above mentioned thread “Google Pixel Pro Vorbestellung Lieferdatum”, we will get the Google Pixel 6 and the Google Pixel 6 Pro on stock today on 18th November. We will then immediately start with the delivery. This means that those customers who first ordered one of the devices will also receive it first. 

Please note that you have the possibility to register for the bonus until 15th December 2021. So, you still have enough time for the registration after you received your phone.

Based on the Information from Google to several Forum members, is the information from @o2_Tobias not correct!

Google told several persons, that you have exactly 45 days to claim the bonus! If you don't get your phone in time, you should get in contact with Google (5 dais prior to the end of the 45 day period) they will help you.

So from what my order status in the App says, there is stil no shipment confirmation for the P6 pro. From that I can assume, the delivery will postpone again @o2_Tobias ?

Funny point:

There is an article at golem.de but not a single word of informations to the customers.... 

According to the article the phones will arrive at o2 today or tomorrow.... But we will see....

I have a new update for you: 

The delivery of the Google Pixel 6 Pro, like the delivery of the Google Pixel 6, is scheduled for the coming week (week 47). All orders are being processed one by one and enough devices have been delivered so that everyone who has ordered a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro will receive one.

So, keep up hope that something will happen from Monday onward.

Pixel 6 are send.

Not a single Pixel 6 have send or had a status change till today. So we will see.
