Phone Order

Hello, so i order a phone with a contract and i don t know when they will ship it , or when it will arrive my adress, they ve asked me for a email confirmation , i replied and told them that indeed is my email adress, because it does not work when i try accessing the link they sent , to mention : i created an account after ordering the contract with the new phone , any help?
