Hello, i need help. I order phone iPhone 14 pro max with mobile number contract. I received email message that I need pay upfront fee of phone and Shipping fee. 

185.90€

It's final decision? 

Question: After payment i receive contract and phone? or O2 csn cancel contract by their decision?

Yes, after payment you will receive the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the contract. The delivery time in Germany takes between 3 and 5 days. Don't worry, the one-time payment is common for smartphone contracts like O₂‘s MyHandy or contracts with smartphone as in your case.
