you are at a public forum please remove your order number. Currently it takes longer to get hardware because of shortness of supplies. Even at amazon it takes time.

we do not offer an idividual status for delivery. As soon as you recieved the confirmation that your order is processed you should recieve the ordered mobile phone within a few days :-)

Recently I order Iphone 14 pro on 36months contract.I also received the order number but the I can't receive my order. When I receive my order I order 27/10/2022.

I  ordered an Apple Watch ultra on 20.10.2022 and received a thank you for the order automated reply. I have not heard from o2 ever since regarding that order. Can you please update the status of processing the order please.


Status of my order is "In Delivery" now how many days I receive my phone.

That means that your Iphone is on the way to you.

You should also get an email with the shipment status from DHL.

No I haven’t got any email regarding my order whatsoever… please check the system for me and share the details.


I'm not get any kind email from DHL. Whats the reason behind this.

If you don't have a contract with us, please send us your full name, address and date of birth. Then I can also find you in the system and legitimize you.
