Dears, I ordered a Note 10+ on 1st of October and I paid a deposit of 183 EUR.



But, the package failed to be delivered to my address and I got a mail from O2 stating that my deposit will be back as soon as the phone is returned back to O2.



Actually, the phone got returned back - as per DHL tracking - two days ago and still didn't get nothing from O2.



Could you please help ?

If the phone returned successfully to o2 that’s a good start.

Having said that, it takes some time for a deposit to be returned to a customer, this may take from several days up to 2-4 weeks.

If you haven’t got your deposit in two weeks time, feel free to inform us and we will have a closer look at the situation.

Hello, 

I have this problem, I got an iPhone on 5 of April  with deposit of 239 euro, phone fail to be delivered because of misstake in address, since then have been trying to get in touch with o2 to correct my address and ask them to resend it again but all failed. I couldn’t access my data to see where to correct it and I couldn’t get in touch with them through email or phone. Please help me with a number of English speaker or tell them to call me pls .

I need someone to help me please
