Hello, 

I glad to finally get here, I hope I get a fast response.  Please I will want someone that speaks English to reply me. 
I order an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 gold xxxxxxxxx on the 6th of April.I noticed there was a mistake in the address ( house number) yesterday 17th of April I got mail that it couldn’t delivery because of wrong address, since then I have been trying to get in touch with o2 through mail and calls to correct the address and know when or where to get it but all was in vain ( I couldn’t get in touch)  pls I will be happy if anyone can help on how to get my phone delivered. Thanks .

I need someone to talk to me because I am going crazy, how do I get my phone back and how do I correct my address, have tried all I could to call or email but  not working. Please someone tell them to get in touch with me, this is my first time doing a contract, need to know if this is real because I paid 239 for deposits. Have tried almost could . Please help me, send a direct massage with your mail, I need someone to talk to directly because something crazy happens to me. Someone should please read this and direct it to right people.
