Hello. Please I want a clarification about monthly instalment payment for a mobile contract. I have a contract with o2 and my first monthly instalment deduction date is 25th December 2023 but nothing have been deducted yet. I hope no any problem

Welcome to our o2 community 😀
The bill for the mobile phone (hardware) should be issued today.
The direct debit will then take place on 04/01/2024 .
The mobile phone bill will be created on 03/01/2024 and debited on 15/01/2024.

The mobile phone bill will be created on 03/01/2024 and debited on 15/01/2024.
