I am constantly getting a text message saying I owe €3.90 which makes no sense because I put €15 on this account about 3 months ago and I don’t use this phone. Anyway I tried to change my payment method and I’m getting an error message saying I need to contact customer service. It seems as if O2 doesn’t have a chat line (which makes no sense since it’s 2020) I also cannot seem to find the number to customer service only the “order service” number. Can someone please assist me?
