Payment decline due to daily limit on Sofort

I have placed a order of Iphone 12 pro max and received a mail regarding payment of 1 euro. But  I am unable to do payment as it says “Daily limit exceeds try another day”. I am trying from last 2 days but payment declined. Kindly help and resolve.

Do I get you right that you received an AcceptEmail?

 

In the e-mail you find a payment-link. Did you use this link to pay the requested 1,00 €?

 

Did you already manage to pay this amount?

 

If not, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give you a solution.
