Paying bill while abroad...

If a customer spends more days in another EU country than in Germany in a period of 4 months and uses more minutes, SMS or data than in Germany, a roaming surcharge may be levied. The levying of the surcharge must be announced two weeks in advance

welcome to our o2 Community. 

Please be aware that Kosovo is currently not a member of the EU so we have a different charging for it. It is part of Worldzone 3 and here are the prices: 

Calling from Kosovo to Germany and inside the country: 1,59 EUR/min

incoming call: 0,69 EUR/min

usually barred: if you decide to use it: data usage: 6 MB 1,99 EUR/per day

SMS: 0,49 EUR

As far as I can see you decided to pause your contract for a while. My collegues will take care of it.

yes, sure. We received your suspension request on 15th October 2020. 

You will soon receive a confirmation by e-mail from our department who is responsible for those requests. 

Just have a little more patience.
