I have problem for my sim card. I have been using it from the beginning but its under the name of a friend and the friend is not in germany anymore. I have asked her for passport as ID verification. But what should i do as I also do not have kundenkennzahl.

a change of ownership is possible for prepaid. The owner of the phone number/SIM must fill out the following form “o2 Prepaid Besitzerwechsel” and return it to us.
After the change of ownership has been carried out, you must verify yourself as the new owner of the phone number/SIM by mail or video ID.
