Unfortunately I have been charged too many times during the past 2-3 months, also for roaming since I live at the border with Switzerland and by mistake my data roaming was on, I charged so much and I didn’t even know about it. I also realized that not all the receipts are in the history of my account, but I have them in my bank account to prove. Please help me and review my receipts and let me know as soon as possible! I can’t continue with o2 like this anymore!
