Ordered SIM Card on January 9th, Still Not Received

Hi O2 Team,

I ordered a SIM Card on January 9th and still haven’t received the card. I have just arrived here and need to kickstart a lot of official processes and without a phone number, I am unable to do so. Can I be informed how long will it take for the card to arrive? The email said it will take 2-3 working days but, clearly, we are past that.

Usually it takes up to five working days until the SIM card is delivered. Did you check your email account for further information maybe also the spam foulder?
