Ordered a week ago.

I ordered the O2 XXl 400GB mobile internet a week ago and i still havent heard anything from o2 about it exept the generated emails when ordering.

I payed 40 euro wich have been taken from my bank account but i have still not gotten my simcards or any information at all? 

Does it really take over a week to mail a simcard.

Nothing will be withdrawn from your account that quickly. Call the English-speaking hotline and ask about the status.

thank you for contacting us again with your query. You will generally receive a confirmation of receipt and an order confirmation. Did you receive these? You write that you were charged 40€. Did you receive an invoice for this?
