order status for sim placed on 20 December 2025

Hi , 

I have placed an order for sim card on 20 th December 2025 with order number WSFC55412229 but it Is still not delivered and I am getting message now like the sim will be auto activated without receiving.

Can anyone help me on it

It can take up to 14 days for your SIM card to arrive, especially with all the holidays in between. If you haven't received it by January 5th, please call the hotline.

Great to hear from you. I see that Bumer has already given you some helpful advice.😀 Could you give us a quick update? Has the SIM card arrived yet?

Hi ​@o2_Daniela ,

No I have not received it so I connected with customer care they raised a new sim again and I have send mail to cancel this contract as it got activated without receiving the sim only 

Now waiting for new sim , not sure how many days again it will take

Have you been sent a replacement SIM for the first that did not arrive, or has a second, completely new, contract been created?

Usually it takes 3 - 5 business days for a SIM delivery.  When did you get in touch with customer care?

They have created a new contract again and i connected with customer care on 7 Jan and new contract has been created and told to wait untill 14 Jan and if not received then call back again

I sent an email and in contract form also mentioned but did not receive any updates from O2 team yet in email

I will wait for a day and call customer care again to check on it , this is really a very bad experience I have having right now
