Hello, I have recently moved to Germany and I have accidentally signed up for an O2 SIM card online, as the website is all in German and I thought I was only buying an internet package for my phone. I would like to cancel my order immediately. Reason being that I already have an O2 SIM card. Also please add an English feature to the website!

As bs0 already wrote, if you ordered the contract online you can withdraw from it by sending a mail at widerruf@cc.o2online.de with your request.

Send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de requesting cancellation of the contract.
