I applied an order online and the bank I sent at the time of order was accepted However, when I clicked on the link for prepayment, although I had to pay with the same bank information in the contract, I could not pay that bank. So my due date has passed and my order has been canceled automatically I guess. But I received a SIM card package by post by O2. I have chosen the option to bring my number with me. I haven't given any information about the transition to my old operating yet. What should I do now? I have to return the Sim card? Otherwise, I have to place a new order with the same number again. Will any fee be charged for the Sim card delivered to me in this order? I don't know what to do. Actually, I opened a new and valid bank account, but can the same order be reactivated? Please help me.
