Hello i am shahi i orderd an iphone 13 by mistake i was ordering iphone 14 but i did wrong and my order came to me but i returned it back and they successfully accepted the return but i can’t place a new order could you please help me. Thanks

I am sorry that the new order was refused. Have you received a letter with further informatione like an adress at which you can ask further questions? 
If you got it, please write a letter by post. This letter should include your full name, date of birt, adress an informations regarding the oder. 
Here in the community we do not habe these informations, sorry.

I think I received the order confirmation, in the email i have the pdf’s with the contract for the phone and simcard.
