Hello-

I only have my Auftragsnummer, I don’t yet have my O2 number- therefore I can’t create a MeinO2 account.  I need to start the process to bring my old number over and use it as my O2 number, and I need to change the mailing address for my SIM packet.  Both of these require login to MeinO2.

If a techniker from O2 would send me a message I will provide my Auftragsnummer so my account can be accessed.  I would appreciate any help.
