Hello..

Yesterdayday I order Iphone 12 pro whitout contract for my self via o2 websit..

I had to whi sofor and everything was fine until today when I received email  that I need to confirm my email so I can receive all information on it..when I want to to that I cannot log into my account ( always says technical issues)..

What should I do now?

First of all, the question: has your concern perhaps already been resolved in the meantime? Our service time in the community is several days, depending on the number of questions. Therefore, it can unfortunately take a little time until we gradually process and answer all contributions.

yes i did recive my iphone but now i have problems whit bills .. i ddidnt recive any.. how can i pay it ?

Hi @ZanG95 , you will find your bills in Mein o2 → Meine Rechnungen on o2.de or within the App Mein o2.

I cant even log into my o2 app .. actually i cant even download it .. please help me .. Can i go directly to o2 store and pay my bill ?

@ZanG95 you can do this in a shop, but there you have to pay a fee for this payment.

Why aren´t you able to logIn on our website? What kind of message do you receive when you are trying to logIn?

even if you are in Germany, it is possible that the country is not correctly stored in your Apple Store.

Now let's talk about your bills:
Do you mean the bill for your tariff or for your device? You have the option of paying your bills yourself each month or having them debited by direct debit mandate.
The second option is much more convenient, you only have to submit a SEPA direct debit mandate. Have you already done this?

and about the bills .. i will go on friday in o2 store and will set up sepa direct debit

great, I'm so glad it worked out for you! 😊
Regarding your bills: you can also set up the direct debit mandate yourself in your app or on your PC and in the web browser.

Under "My data" (“Meine Daten”) you can also change the payment method and, if necessary, also adjust bank details etc.
