I made an order for Ipad Air 5 by mistake, I should’ve ordered Ipad Pro. Can I cancel the Ipad Air order, it is still “Vorbestellung”.

you can cancel the order by sending a mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de

Alternatively you can cancel the order via our costumer service hotline/Chat or whatsapp.
