Old Tariff New Device


Dear Team,

I would like to add a new device (mobile phone / tablet) to my current contract. I tried the “Contract Change & Extension” column, however, there were only options for data volume increase.

I saw an offer with 10GB + iPad Air, is it possible to change my current contract to this one?

Nice that you would like to extend your contract with an iPad Air. As we do not have any hardware-discounts together with the iPad Air, you just can order the device seperately. I have just sent an offer for you from the sender “o2 Newsflash”. Just have a look. 

 

We will check how you can extend your contract with a data-volume of 10 GB together with a good discount. 

As we will send the offer by e-mail, please have a look if your e-mail-address is still correct at “Mein o2”.
