O2Prepaid contract renewal

Hello,

I’d like to reactivate my o2 my Prepaid S after submitting the wrong cancellation date via https://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/.

I’ve tried to renew my contract through my online account, but it somehow doesn’t work.

Would you please help me to continue my o2 my Prepaid S contract right away?

What exactly did you have cancelled? Only the Pack Option, or the complete Pre Paid Contract? 

If you have cancelled the prepaid contract, when is the confirmed date?

I cancelled the prepaid contract on March 16, 2023 with (Zum nächstmöglichen Kündigungszeitpunkt)

@JWLI What happens when you are calling your number? 
If this number is not available anylonger, a reactivation of a prepaidnumber is not possible, sorry mate
