o2online.de redirected you too many times.

Hi, can anyone help me? I want to order a new phone, but it cannot go through. I had the item in my cart but then there was notice that  o2online.de redirected you too many times.

I tried using Safari too but it is still the same. I have also cleared the cookies per the instruction, still the same.

I wanted to ask you again whether you still get this error message, now a few days have passed.

Maybe it was just a litte issue in the System?

When I tried it again, it went through but the order was rejected. I don’t know why.

Hi @IamJinn,

 

sorry to hear that. When you delete the cookies, then no other tab should be open at the same time. To delete the cookies is the only solution I know when this error plops in.

At the last try you got the same error?

Please log out, close all the Windows, open one, delete the cookies and go to our site.

When it fail again, then please post the last address which you can see in the browser before the error message appears.
