Ever since i bought this O2 Unlimited Max because of the 5g and 300 mbps speed i only had problem.

On first day i had a maximim speed of 25 mbps thereafter  i been down to 2 mbps even 1 mbps.

It keeps stuttering, buffering or go down every now and then.

I have new Huawei cpe h153-381 5G router and tried it with other cards without any problems.

Then putting in the O2 simcard and netspeed goes down.

I pay for 250 - 300 mbps with UNLIMITED data as they say it is but its not its actually 980 gb of data and not unlimited. Whats going on with this company ? Its all fake advertising to scam people or what ?

@Chriz74 have you already checked if there are any problems at the station in your area?

I think the limit of 980 GB in the app is an error. What do you see in the web view of My O2?

And you do not pay for 250 - 300 mbps, in a mobile contract you pay for “up to” 300 mbps.

that is unfortunate that you have such a low speed with your new contract and Tarif.

Have you checked your address for reportet network disturbances and restriction via our live check which 5G_Tester linked?
